Postage and Packaging

P&P will be charged at Royal Mail delivery charges.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post or Royal Mail 24-hour Special Delivery for qualifying UK areas, or a similar service for remote areas. Packages will require a signature on delivery. Our jewellery items are attractively presented in gift boxes.

Item Availability


Most of our items are in stock or available within 7 to 14 working days. Any delays over a day or two will be notified to you by email and you will be able to cancel the order if necessary. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us on 01877 339400.  Please do not hesitate to contact us on 01877 339400 before placing an order and we will check the current availability of any given item. 

While most of our items are readily available, occasionally there may be delays, especially at the Christmas period or where an item such as Border Fine Arts Classic Collection are hand made.  One of our staff will contact you within one working day should the estimated delivery time be delayed. We will proceed with the order as normal or cancel and refund all money should you wish to do so. We believe in good customer service and will always keep you informed.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays.
We dispatch all orders as soon as possible, but if you are in urgent need of an item or need it for a specific day, please contact us on 01877 339400 and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

You can return items in their original condition within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s) for a replacement or a full refund less any gift wrapping costs.

You should include any jewellery box or you may be liable to a £5.00 charge, or at worst the item could be damaged in the post without it.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings or sets containing pierced earrings are non-returnable. Personalized items are also non-returnable.

Should you wish to return an item, please securely re-package the item to minimise the risk of damage in the post. We would also appreciate it if you would contact us on 01877 339400 to let us know to expect the item, so that we can process the refund quickly. Proof of posting should be obtained when returning an item.

We will refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible, normally the same day that we receive the item. One of our staff will contact you to keep you informed as to the status of the return.
