Q. Where are your products made/where do you source them from?
Most of our products are sourced from manufacturers in the UK.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q. Is payment on your website secure?
Yes, great lengths are taken to ensure security and privacy whilst visiting our website.

Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?
That depends. Special orders can up to 6 weeks to arrive. Items we hold in stock should arrive within 5 working days.

Q. Are receipts sent with purchases?
Yes.

Q. Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, just fill in the delivery address at the checkout. 

Q. How will I know you have received my order?
Paypal will send you a notification email of receipt of order.

Q. Can I contact you by telephone?
Yes you can reach us on 01877 339400 within our shop opening hours.

Q. What are your shop opening hours?
Summer hours are 10am until 5pm, Monday to Saturday, 12.30pm until 5pm Sunday.
Winter hours are 10am until 4.30pm, Monday to Saturday, 12.30pm until 4.30pm Sundays.
